We can help you grow quickly while offering high flexibility

We can help you grow really fast when IT-specialists are needed. And when you don't need the resources, you can reduce your fixed cost with short notice. When you hire internally, you often have to consider a 3 months unproductive notice period or longer, while we typically operate with 1 month notice.

Short-term and long-term contracts

We offer short-term consulting contracts for when you temporarily need more resources, where the consultant might even work on-site together with your team. We also offer long term contracts that last years, where you have more like a permanent remote team. Our biggest and oldest clients have been with us for 13 years in average.

What is the process of building a team?

1. Requirements meeting

Together with the client we define a budget and strategy for building a team and the technologies required for the project. Typically it starts with 1-2 persons who will play a keyrole as tech lead or team lead.

2. Recruiting process

Depending on how hard the position is to close the recruitment process takes a couple of months. We will only present candidates who have passed a technical interview with a senior developer within the specific technology.

3. Kickoff

To kickoff the project many clients like to come to our office a couple of days. Often it is also possible for the team to work onsite for some time to get familiar with the project and the rest of the organisation.

"What does it mean for you, that we are a Danish company?"

"First of all that we understand each other on a management level, and it's not only about language or doing business according to Danish law and practice. It's about much more, when you trust us to manage your remote team behind a critical IT-project that might be the core of your business.

No one likes to be a small client in a large company. We are a company of 300 employees, and have many teams with less than 5 people although we have teams of of 20, 40 and even 100 people. We understand that even one person in a team can have crucial importance for a small client, and don't move people around."
