2. Why should I choose hiring at Netminds, instead of hiring in-house?
Hiring in-house employees obviously has it’s benefits, which can’t be covered by remote people. We also believe that working from office makes sense and makes the team more efficient and healthy. But the thing here is different - are your in-house employees really working from office all the time? Or they actually combine office/WFH from the COVID-19 times? Nowadays, working remotely is a new standard, and as long as you can occasionally gather in the office, working remotely is as efficient as hiring in-house. Whenever you hire a full-time consultant at Netminds - he/she becomes a dedicated resource for your needs, 40 hours per week, and will never be involved into working with our clients from Netminds’ initiative. If you go with a part-time resource at Netminds - we might involve the specialist into working for others, as long as there is not conflict of interests, and all parties are aware of the assignments.
