Netminds' business can be summed up in one sentence — we provide IT specialists. Most often, our experts serve as an extension of the client’s in-house team of engineers. But is it really that simple? Not quite.   • 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥: Netminds 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠: recruitment, salaries, benefits, vacations, sick leave, office space, hardware, and administration. The client simply pays an hourly rate for each working hour 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 about the operational details.

  • 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥: Clients have 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬, selecting services à la carte to match their specific needs. The fees for selected services are added on top of the specialist’s salary, and the client manages the specialist as their own in-house employee. This model is ideal for clients who know exactly what they need and want to be involved and keep the setup as 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 as possible.


Whichever model the client prefers, they face 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 toward the employee and us as a vendor compared to traditional in-house hiring.

  • Personal or shared office desk for their team;

  • Hardware along with an IT security service;

  • Health insurance & sports benefits for employees;

  • Extra HR care;

  • and any other needs the client might have.


Clients also decide whether to 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞 to have the possibility to hire a specialist directly whenever needed or let 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 at the start, keeping the specialist as a Netminds employee under an NCA agreement.
